This policy explains how personal data submitted through the One Chuan Grove website is handled, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
The enquiry and registration forms collect a name, a mobile number, an email address and, where given, a bedroom preference, an enquiry type, a preferred appointment time and a free-text message. Nothing else is collected, and no field is required beyond name, mobile and email.
Details submitted are used solely to respond to the enquiry: to send the project material as the developer releases it, to arrange a preview appointment, and to answer questions about the development and its financing. They are not sold, rented or passed to any third party for marketing.
Submitting a form indicates consent to be contacted about One Chuan Grove. That consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying to any message or writing to sales@onechuangroves.com.sg, after which contact stops and the details are removed. Withdrawal does not affect anything already sent.
Enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, recorded securely in a Cloudflare database and emailed to the Sales Concierge through Resend, an email delivery service; these providers process the details only to deliver the enquiry. Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically.
This website sets no advertising cookies and does not use cookie-based tracking to build a profile of visitors across other sites. Where aggregate traffic measurement is used, it is cookieless and records no personally identifying information.
