The image gallery for One Chuan Grove carries the developer’s official renders and photography, and it is published on this page as that material is released.
The usual set for a development of this size runs to the arrival elevation, the landscape deck, the pool and clubhouse, a representative interior for each principal unit type, and the views out across the Chuan estate. Each image is captioned and each is published at the resolution the developer supplies.
Renders answer some questions and a visit answers the rest. Preview appointments are arranged through the showflat appointment page ahead of public release.
Photographs of the completed development follow the renders, but the setting can be described now because it already exists. Chuan Grove and Chuan Lane are short residential streets with mature roadside trees and very little through traffic. Chuan Lane Park sits 110 metres from the boundary; New Tech Park stands across Chuan Grove to the north; the Kallang River and its linear park run beyond the expressway to the west.
It is an estate that reads as finished rather than in transition, which is the most useful thing a photograph of the surroundings can tell a buyer about a site that has not been built yet.
As the developer releases material, the renders are published here and the relevant ones also appear on the site plan page, the floor plan page and the project details page, each captioned for what it shows.
Registration is how the project material reaches you on the day the developer issues it, and it is the list the Sales Concierge works through first when preview appointments open.
